To reserve your place, a deposit of $550 or payment in full must be made. You will be enrolled and receive course details when full payment is received.
Registrations close 3 days prior to start of training.
Earlybird payments must be received in full by 6 weeks prior to program commencement.
Non Earlybird payments must be received in full by one week (7 days) prior to program commencement.
Full Program Upgrade must be paid within 14 days of the first attended Retreat ending, and before that Retreat’s Coaching begins (may be negotiated; please inquire).
If you cancel within 7 days of registration confirmation, a full refund will be paid. After 7 days, you may transfer your reservation to a future event that occurs within 12 months of your originally registered event commencing; if you are unable to decide which event within 7 days, you will be issued a credit voucher equal in value to the dollar amount paid for the original event, and redeemable within 12 months from commencement of your originally registered event.
If for unforeseen or insurmountable reasons you are unable to transfer your registration, the ENCT may — upon consideration of your application — agree to a refund on compassionate grounds; however a cancellation fee of $385 will be applied to cover losses.
If you have already commenced the Program, each Retreat you have attended will be calculated at the full single Retreat rate, and each coaching session provided to date at $96 per session. This amount will be subtracted from the total for the Program plus a cancellation fee of 10% or $385, whichever is the greater.
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing.
